I had two tickets for $250 each to attend the Lilith Fair in Minneapolis. Ticket master did a horrible job of informing us of the schedule, change in venue, etc. I purchased a ticket for my life partner to come from Denver to Minneapolis to see the show. We booked flights, etc. and get to the venue to find out most of the performers we thought were coming were not coming. Only two remaining acts: Dixie Chicks and Mary J. Blige were remotely familiar. You were not even coming on until 10:00 PM, and my partner had an 8:30 PM flight, which we couldn't imagine would have been a problem when we bought the tickets. To our surprise the event was loaded with local yocals for hours. Needless to say, we didn't go to the event. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone at Ticket Master to agree to give my money back, given the fact my ticket said a totally different venue. We spent $350 on a round trip ticket and hundreds to see you only to be disappointed. This was horribly managed, Sarah. A 10:00 PM performance on a Sunday night, sucks. I was a huge fan. It appears money is a bigger motivator than caring about the impact of these decisions. Huge disappointment.
